USA: Hobby hunters hunted protected eagle to eat
Two men in Nebraska were cited after hunting and killing a bald eagle, as reported by the Stanton County Sheriff's Office.

2 men hunted and killed a bald eagle in Nebraska. They stated that they intended to cook and eat the bird . The bald eagle is protected under federal law.
When officers wanted to see the “vulture,” the men opened the trunk and revealed a dead bald eagle.
