As a digital health dossier, the PHBooklet enables pet owners to manage their pet's health data online and access it from anywhere.

What does the PHBooklet offer?

These can include, for example, vaccinations and treatments for parasite prophylaxis, but also medical assessments such as hip dysplasia in dogs. Medical history, laboratory findings, or the pedigree certificate can also be recorded in the electronic patient booklet. The PHBooklet can be unlocked by pet owners for veterinary practices of their choice or for other persons, such as holiday carers for dogs or cats. Responsible care of pets starts with preventive healthcare.

Who is behind the PHBooklet?

The PHBooklet is operated by PHD AG, which is wholly owned by the Swiss Association for Small Animal Medicine as its sole shareholder.

The SVK is a specialist section of the Society of Swiss Veterinarians (GST). Registration in the PHBooklet is subject to a fee for pet owners; the charge is 25 francs per year. Animal protection in Switzerland also encompasses adequate medical care for pets.
