Will Problem Hobby Hunter Receive Sentence from the High Court?

The behaviour of a hobby hunter in court is always a reflection of how hobby hunters act in the forest, in politics, or in society.

In this case, surrounding the problem hunter Jacomella Sergio, one must assume something of the worst that has established itself in the Mittelland region in this regard, viewed from a distance. 

It is immoral to tell lies and deceive others, especially within the justice system. A falsehood reinforced by another falsehood leads to further lies. The hobby hunter is a notorious liar and therefore also a coward. Cowardice is shaped by lies. Hobby hunters shoot wildlife like cowardly snipers. Lies corrupt the conscience and impair the subconscious.

It is therefore no surprise that one joins hobby hunting clubs. There one finds a large pool of like-minded conformists. The problem with such pools is that they do not keep their impure practices to themselves, but attempt to let them seep into society as though they were the norm. Such individuals can, without a guilty conscience, be described as an invasive species in the cultural landscape.

The current problem hunter No. 1 in the Canton of Aargau has acquired serious disturbances in this regard. Everything based on facts and truth, the cunning hobby hunter from Aarburg cannot and will not accept, and he simply taints everything and everyone with lies and half-truths in order to live out his violent fantasies.

His by now severely pathological disturbances presumably have something to do with the fact that he has long been a member of the militant organisation Jagd Schweiz, which is known for systematically and cult-like spreading hunters' tall tales and half-truths in a missionary fashion.False friends, too, always end up rubbing off on a person.

Practically every sentence that Jacomella Sergio presents before the justice system in the cantons of Aargau and Lugano is based on lies, half-truths, and deception and deceit.

Many of his social media posts suggest that his inner life has been severely damaged by hunting and longs for medical healing.

The Statement

We have now decided to publish a statement by Jacomella Sergio and our response to it with the facts. Additionally,the motion by the public prosecutor's office in Zofingen. The same public prosecutor's office that the managing director of Jagd Schweiz,David Clavadetscher accuses of allegedly not doing its job, and who therefore repeatedly and arbitrarily pressures us to delete reports.

As evidence (point 2) there is, for example, this demand to arbitrarily delete an entire article that these hobby hunters object to, because it exposes all the hunters' tall tales and crooked dealings.

This also allows readers to get a sense of what cunning hobby hunters are housed far and wide within the militant organization Jagd Schweiz.

In his statement, the problem hunter from Aarburg claims, among other things, to have had no communication or contact with a certain Dominik Feusi (parliamentary correspondent for the Basler Zeitung) or Jagd Schweiz.In actual fact, he even wanted to illegally record a court hearing for this unholy alliance.

With his clouded judgment, the cretin is no longer capable of recognizing that he himself is the cause of the problems he has been crying about to the justice system to this day, like a 7-year-old special needs student.

The problem hunter filed yet another arbitrary criminal complaint just a few weeks ago — full of absurd claims and pathological lies and half-truths regarding the long-since clarified matter — with the public prosecutor's office in Lugano against the IG Wild beim Wild.There can be absolutely no talk of letting things rest, showing humility, etc. on the part of the accused, as mentioned in his statement above.

These are the same people who babble in the media «Hunting protects, hunting benefits», about how animal-friendly hunting really is. How wonderful it is to lure a fox searching for food with bait in the harsh winter, only to slaughter it senselessly, treacherously, and cowardly. Or how marvellous it is to chase wildlife through the forest with abnormally bred dogs, and so on.

Wildlife management in the Canton of Geneva, freed from hobby hunters, is decades ahead in terms of animal welfare, ethics, and safety.

The verdict

The Aarau Court of Appeal has also convicted the amateur hunter Jacomella Sergio on 11 July 2019! The accused Jacomella Sergio was neither able to convince the court with his notoriously confused claims in the appeals process, nor to provide any evidence for his lies. This came after he had been acquitted at the court of first instance in Zofingen — where, however, through deceit and lies — typical hunting fraternity behaviour? — he had obtained a fraudulent and false verdict.. The dishonesty and deceitfulness have now earned Jacomella Sergio a criminal record entry. And the Lugano public prosecutor's office has simultaneously dismissed his confused complaint in its entirety.

It is truly difficult to imagine how someone with such a clouded capacity for understanding can hold a firearms licence and a hunting licence — and actively use them.

There are presumably thousands of completely deranged hobby hunters, like the one above, roaming our forests. Fortunately, attentive politicians and animal welfare organizations are beginning to realize this.Wildlife in Switzerland suffers because of hobby hunters.
