Safety tips for the start of the vegan grilling season

Vegetarian and vegan cuisine is more sophisticated, healthier and more diverse. There are countless plant-based foods that can be grilled, from vegetables and fruit to tofu and tempeh.

Grilled vegetables such as courgettes, aubergines, peppers and asparagus are delicious and easy to prepare. Tofu and tempeh are popular sources of protein. With a little creativity, you can easily enjoy the flavours of vegan grilling.
