Healthy Eating Day

The meat-free way of eating is simply the most natural.
Nutritional value straight from the source
Sun, air, soil, and water come together to produce the fruits of the earth: vegetables, fruit, legumes, nuts, and seeds. The nutritional value of this food comes directly from the source. In contrast, the nutritional value we obtain from meat, fish, or poultry comes “second-hand” — through the consumption of the flesh of living beings that have themselves developed natural energy, converted from various plants.
Meat (including game meat in particular) always contains a high level of toxins and makes the body extremely susceptible to disease. The number of various cancers, for example, is rising significantly in countries with excessive and unbounded meat consumption. That meat consumption most strongly increases the risk of dying from breast cancer has been proven. Breast cancer in women, prostate cancer in men, and colorectal cancer have by now become a veritable epidemic, with healthcare costs for the general public spiralling out of control.
In addition to meat dishes, people often consume alcoholic beverages, believing these aid digestion. Bread is usually eaten alongside the meal, which also produces alcohol in the digestive tract. All of this means that meat can be even less effectively pre-digested in the stomach, which further intensifies the putrefaction process in the small and large intestines. In this process, meat breaks down into the nitrogen-containing meat bases xanthine, creatine, and sarcine, which form various decomposition toxins. Xanthine is chemically related to caffeine and nicotine, which explains the addictive tendencies observed in meat eaters. Similar reactions also occur with cheese and milk consumption. So-called casomorphins bind to opioid receptors in the brain, leading to an addiction-like craving for these products.
Today, on a large scale, “foodstuffs” are mistakenly produced from carcasses that make people ill. At the same time, in the most revolting animal experiments, toxins are administered in order to then combat these diseases in humans using dosed, synthetically produced chemical toxins.
When we eat something, we naturally absorb the properties of that food. Whatever we take into ourselves will inevitably manifest outwardly in some way. The immediate results of eating meat are restlessness, fatigue, digestive problems, aggressive and destructive impulses and thoughts, and a lowering of consciousness. You are what you eat!
Health is wealth
Nutritional mistakes can be made with any diet! The human body requires the following 5 basic nutrients for the renewal, maintenance, and development of a healthy organism: protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, and vitamins.
A meat-free diet provides these basic nutrients in greater abundance than meat does. The protein content is higher, for example, in nuts, peas, and beans. High levels of carbohydrates are found in wheat, oats, rice, and other grains and potatoes. Fats can be obtained from nearly all protein-rich foods. And everyone already knows where to find the good vitamins and minerals.
Prevention is better than cure. Food should be consumed with the mindset of medicine, in as natural a state as possible (organic).
Please note that a proper meat-free diet should include, on a daily basis, legumes (lentils, beans, or peas — varied and alternating) making up one third of the plate in proportion to the other foods.
The IG Wild beim Wild wishes all living beings an enjoyable, non-violent, and healthy meal. More on the topic of Wildlife and Environment and Nature Conservation.
