Diet: The Civilised Taste

The meat-free path is the most natural one. Plant-based food delivers nutrients directly from the source. Meat, on the other hand, is second-hand nutrition.

Meat is not a natural food

The meat-free approach to nutrition is simply the most natural one. The nutritional value of this food comes directly from the source. Meat in the diet always contains a high proportion of toxins and makes one extremely susceptible to disease.

The human organism has a very long intestine, in which these toxins damage the body during meat consumption. Dr. Campbell, author of the China Study, states clearly that animal protein causes cancer.

The meat industry threatens all living beings

All slaughter animals consume a quantity of feed equivalent to the caloric needs of 8.7 billion people. Approximately 49% of the world's grain harvest is used for animal fattening. Processed game meat is carcinogenic like cigarettes, the WHO explains.
