Verband Jagd Schweiz loses in court

After examining the evidence, Judge Siro Quadri was of the opinion that the above sentences were not lies and thus had no defamatory character. An acquittal by the court followed.

The hobby hunter David Clavadetscher attempted to influence and manipulate the judge with untruths and trivialities. Again, he could not provide any relevant and factual evidence.

The behavior of a wildlife killer in the justice system is always also a reflection of how they act in nature, in politics or in society.
